In five short years with The Whistler Real Estate Co., Dave has become one of Whistler’s Top Performing Realtors, with over 125 successful deals and $78 million in real estate sold. In 2012, Dave had the 3^rd highest number of sales of any Whistler agent (excluding time shares) and has established himself as Whistler’s Top Realtor under 40, based on total dollar volume of sales and number of transactions. In 2012, Dave reached Platinum Performance status at the Whistler Real Estate Co., the highest achievement based on dollar volume sold and number of transactions. He was also awarded MLS Medallion Club membership, by reaching the top 10% of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board in combined MLS listings, sales and dollar volume for 2012.

Dave has a strong commitment and dedication to Whistler, as a community and resort, and to providing exceptional service to both purchasers and sellers of real estate in this world class resort. For over 15 years, he has been a very active community member through both his career path and athletic pursuits. He has been a coach, a ski instructor, a competitive mountain biker as part of Team Whistler, a Whistler Off-road Cycling Association (WORCA) board member and an active member of the Whistler Cycling Committee. He is passionate about the lifestyle in Whistler, the enthusiasm of the community and the international acclaim it has achieved. Dave lives in Whistler Cay Heights, with his amazing wife, Lindsay, and two young kids. He loves trail running, mountain biking, skiing, entertaining friends and clients, and now skiing with his 3 yr old daughter! Developing trusting relationships is a key component of Dave’s successful real estate career and is an important value he holds personally and professionally.

Dave’s real estate business is supported by both Alison Bradford and Lindsay Burch. Originally from Australia, where she worked in real estate, Alison has been living in Whistler since 2005 and became a permanent resident in 2011. Her excellent interpersonal skills and unbelievable commitment to details, infused with a passion for snowboarding, mountain biking and the backcountry, make her a very welcome asset to Dave’s team.

Dave’s wife, Lindsay Burch, also works in his business, in a business management and marketing capacity. When she is not raising their 2 young kids, or running, she is working beside Dave taking the management of the details and the marketing off his plate, so he can focus on what is important to his clients. Lindsay has over 15 years of marketing and business experience, most recently working as the Business Director for Origin Design + Communications, a full service marketing and advertising agency based in Whistler and Montreal.
