New Development - Blueberry Hill Whistler

Whistler's newest  development is in exlusive Blueberry Hill.   Video: 

Blueberry Hill Developments (Nat Bosa) has a building site on Blueberry Hill that has been cleared and has received all development approvals for 8 townhomes ranging from 2600 – 3100 sq ft.    

 

 

The site is located on
Blueberry Drive
just North of Blueberry Hill Estates and offers spectacular views of Whistler, Blackcomb and even Black Tusk if our calculations are correct. Each property has a total of 4 bedrooms each with ensuites and features 2 Master Suites, hot tubs, multiple decks, media/family room, indoor/outdoor fireplaces and double garages. Plans for the townhomes are attached.  
 

 

This project has achieved the highest Whistler Green points scoring – 59 points (with penalty for large unit sizes reducing the score to 54.2 points, though still the highest score)

 

 

Energy Efficiency

 

-          Highly energy efficient – with an Energuide rating of 83.4 putting the development into the classification of “highly energy efficient new home” (typical Energuide ratings for new homes fall within the range of 66-74)

 

-          Geothermal heating and cooling - a hybrid system of ground source heat pumps coupled with both in-floor radiant system (hydronic) and also a force air system

 

Improved Indoor Air Quality and Environment

 

-          Heat recovery ventilators (HRV) installed

 

-          Healthy flooring – hard surface, resilient, easy to clean flooring cover over 70% of floor area
