What are the BEST WHISTLER properties?

  I often get this question from interested buyers and investors trying to understand all the different investment options in Whistler, BC.   If you are looking for a condo or townhome in Whistler BC, here is my answer:   I think Phase 1 condos and townhomes are the best properties and real estate to own in Whistler if you want to have full flexibility and NO RESTRICTIONS on USE.  Phase 1 properties are located in or around Whistler Village with a small selection in Whistler Creekside.  

The reason is that you have unlimited options with these Phase 1 properties:

• Live in them full time, or use for personal/friend/family use whenever you want

• Renovate or personalize the property to your own tastes

• Generate rental revenue by renting the property nightly yourself or have a Property Management company manage the entire rental process for you.

• Generate rental revenue by renting the property long

• Rent the property during the 2010 Olympics
