The Benefit of Working with a Buyers Agent (Dave Burch)

When you are ready to purchase real estate, the best decision that you can make is to choose an agent to represent you in the process. As your buyers agent, I will take the time to understand exactly what you are looking for and make it my goal to find you the best property for your needs, at the best possible price.

Please read the following points to help you better understand my role as a buyers agent:

· I have access to all active listings, whether they are listed with The Whistler Real Estate Co. Ltd, Remax, Sothebys, etc.

· After taking the time to really understand your needs, I will do the leg work for you, and save you the trouble of calling around to every advertised listing.

· I have access to detailed information, stats, sales history and prices for all Whistler and Pemberton properties.

· I will represent you in your real estate dealings with care, confidentiality and full disclosure.

· My purchase recommendations are unbiased. This is not the case if you work directly with a listing agent, as the listing agent is representing the seller and is contractually bound to get the best deal for the seller.

· I will do the negotiating on your behalf and will protect your negotiating position at all times.

· I will protect you from common mistakes and pitfalls of purchasing property.

· I am FREE. In most instances, I am paid a commission by a seller's agent. The buyer pays no commission.

· I offer you professional advice, knowledge and experience.
