A client recently asked me how many homes/chalets in Whistler have sold for under $700K this year.   I was interested in the answer myself:

Only 4 homes have sold for under $700K in 2009 in Whistler (not incl Black Tusk Village south of Whistler - 3 homes have sold for under $700K).

Of the 4 homes, 3 were located in Alpine Meadows and……and one in Alta Vista (2000sq ft 'Gothic Arch' cabin, that just sold this week for $680K - list price $749K).

Active Chalets listings: 8 homes listed at or under $800,000 in Whistler (including two in Black Tusk).

Lowest Priced home is #91 Garibaldi Dr. in Black Tusk Village listed at $619,000: photos and description of this home.
