WLS
Access to the WLS is paramount to selling your home. The WLS is without a doubt the single most powerful tool I have to sell your home. Close to 99% of all Whistler homes are marketed through the WLS. Whistler Realtors use WLS with their buyers and the public access the public website, www.whistlerlistings.com, from around the World.
MLS
The MLS is one of the most powerful tools for listing exposure for outside of the Whistler Market. Although this can duplicate listings with the WLS, I use the www.MLS.ca to increase exposure of properties I list for sale to both out-of-town realtors as well as public.
Pricing & Presentation
Together these two factors are paramount when setting a strategy to sell your home. I work with each seller to set price and prepare their home. Our goal is to sell for top market value unlike other listings that will expire with little or no attention.
Professional Photography
With 91%+ of homebuyers going to the internet when first researching buying a home, one of the most important advantages you can have to have your home stand out amongst others is sharp, clear, inviting professional photos of your home marketing online. Without a question professional photography is often the single most important feature that helps your property stand out from the crowd.

Social Media
With the recent rise in Social Media we have adopted cutting edge marketing to help market your home. By tactically using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linked In and and numerous other social networking sites, I enhance your property's exposure to as many potential buyers as possible.
Online Videos
Using new online video marketing technologies, I showcase your property, complex and neighbourhood in a real, yet virtual, way that gives maximum online exposure to a world of buyers that may not always be there in person to view your property.
Open House for Realtors
Once your home is listed, I arrange an open house for other active Whistler real estate agents. The goal is for me to showcase your home or condo to these other busy agents so that they call their clients immediately. This is usually held on a Tuesday morning between 8:30am - 10:30am.
Public Open House
At your discretion I host regular public Open Houses on weekends, busy Resort dates and holidays when buyers are in Whistler Resort. This is a great way for potential buyers to get a 1st hand look at your property. I am always present during your open house.
Private Showings
Private buyer showings are when a buyers realtor request to bring his/her buyers to your property for a private tour. These showings are qualified buyers who are potentially interested in your home. Often serious buyers will request a 2nd or 3rd showing as they make their decision can frequently be followed by an offer.
